Manufacturing Procedures - Gear_21T

Total five 21teeth gears (Gear_d_21T X 4 and a Gear_k_21T) are manufactured in the MMU workshop.

Students are required to cut the outside diameter of the gear, drill the centre hole, the pilot hole, bore the hole to the accurately diameter by using a Centre Lathe. Teeth of the Gear is cut by using the Wire-Cut Machine in NCM Workshop.
