The Gear37 is being cut in a Centre Lathe



A student enjoy to unload the brass Gear37 from the Centre Lathe



Outside diameter of the gear must be measured very carefully



End surfaces of the Gear Shaft is cut by using a Centre Lathe and the total length of this component is made then drill centre holes on each end


Length of the Gear Shaft is marked by using a Venier Height Gauge on a Surface Plate



The Gear Shaft is set up Between Centers in a Centre Lathe

Four M6X1.0 thread holes of the Support Plate are made by using the tap and wrench.
Be careful the tap must be driven perpendicular to the flat surface



A Dividing Head is set on the Vertical Milling Machine
about 45 degree to hold the semi-product 20T Bevel Gear.
