Manufacturing Procedures - Steer Spring Cap SS010402

This is a very good exercise in making four small components by applying different metal cutting machines.

Four Spring Caps need to cut by using a centre lathe, Student can practice the basic turning methods, facing, turning, drilling, and how to cut a sport face by using a centre lathe.

Each cap is cut off by power saw machine when the lathe work is finished and the 9mm slot is cut by using a vertical milling machine.
