This component is very easy to manufacture because of the material is aluminum tube. You are only required to cut the length by using a centre lathe and drill a small hole on the tube.

Milling 4mm slots on the aluminum tube must be carefully due to the small end mill cutter will be easily broken when the feed rate is too fast.
