Manufacturing Procedures - Rear End Arm SS040300

This is a simple exercise to drill five holes on a mild steel block. The small holes will be drill directly. For the large holes, the 18mm holes, we must first cut the holes by using centre drill, pilot drill, and 18mm drill.

Material of this component is made of Bright Draw Mild Steel. Surfaces of the bar is flat, smooth, and may be dimensioned in British Unit. We only need to cut to the total length of this component.
